Every offer carries its own terms
An offer may set its own dates, eligible pieces, regions, minimum spend, and quantity limits. Those published terms sit alongside this page, and if the two ever disagree the offer's own terms win.
Dates and stock
Offers run only for the stated period and only while eligible stock lasts. We may limit an offer by customer, household, email address, delivery address, region, model, or quantity, where that limit is disclosed or where it is genuinely needed to stop the offer being abused.
Using a code
- enter it before paying and check that the total has actually changed;
- unless the offer says otherwise, one code per order and no stacking;
- a code cannot be added to an order that has already been placed;
- postage, tax, gift cards, and pieces marked final sale normally do not count toward a minimum spend;
- a discount cannot take an order below zero.
Value and transfer
Promotional value has no cash value, cannot be bought or sold, and is not transferable where an offer is tied to a person or an account. Staff orders, wholesale orders, and corporate purchases may be excluded where that is stated.
Gifts with purchase
A complimentary item is included only when it appears on your final order confirmation, and colours or finishes may be chosen at random. If a return takes the order below the qualifying spend, send the unused gift back with it — or, where the law allows and the terms said so, its stated value may be deducted from the refund.
Returning something bought on offer
Discounted pieces remain eligible for return under Returns & Refunds unless they were clearly marked final sale. A refund reflects what you actually paid for that piece once the promotion has been spread across the order; unused promotional value is not paid out as cash.
Misuse
We may refuse, reverse, or cancel a benefit obtained through a technical error, automation, duplicate accounts, resale, or a clear breach of an offer's terms. We may also amend or end an offer for a legitimate reason, without withdrawing a benefit already earned on an order we accepted, unless the law permits otherwise.
