How to use this page
An order touches a surprising number of rules: when a parcel leaves, who pays a customs fee, how long a refund takes, what happens if a zip fails. Rather than bury all of it in one long document, we keep a page per subject. Start wherever your question lives.
Where a product page, the checkout, or an offer states something more specific, that statement sits alongside these pages and fills in the detail. Nothing here takes away a right you hold under the consumer law of your own country.

Order of precedence
- The Terms & Conditions set the overall agreement.
- The subject pages — Shipping, Returns, Payment, and the rest — add the practical detail for that subject.
- An order confirmation, offer code, or product page can add terms specific to that purchase.
- Mandatory consumer law where you live overrides anything written here that would limit it.
